Pêtchi is known for local produce and wood-fired cooking. Went there as a tourist. Service was good and professional throughout the evening. Recommended for anyone visiting Jersey and looking to enjoy local produce in a contemporary setting. We had- Starters: Wood fired bread - Pecorino and Wagyu Beef, and Jersey Scallops. Main: Beef Chop and Brill Chop accompanied with sides- Jersey Pink Tomatoes, Duck Fat Potatoes, Wood Roasted Beans. Dessert: Choux Bun The Jersey scallops were the standout dish of the evening—beautifully cooked, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The beef was rich and flavourful, the brill was cooked well, and the sides complemented both dishes perfectly, Recommended for anyone visiting Jersey and looking to enjoy local produce in a contemporary setting.
