Really is a stunning little place with a wonderful atmosphere. It's got a French vibe and is super relaxed, yet the food is really rather good. Tonight it was a mix of older folk probably local, and probably some tourists too.
The wine list is lovely, and the ability to have a carafe always makes me feel happy.
Starters were crazy good and the aubergine dish with a complex name is next level.
Apparently the main of calves liver with a BLT topping is a local favourite, and it's delicious with seared lettuce cutting through the rich liver. But... the special of the day, Monkfish, was unbelievably good. Genuinely one of the most delicious, balanced dishes I have eaten and I want it again, now.
Thanks, it was a great evening and recommend everyone who can, does, go.
