Tried The Lock Keeper’s Menu during lunchtime, and it is a massive bargain! It includes their award-winning fish and chips, alongside a proper mug of Yorkshire tea. They even provide complimentary still or sparkling water for the table, which is a lovely touch. It is hands down the best fish and chips I have ever had. The cod was incredibly fresh, the batter perfectly crisp, and the homemade tartare sauce is outstandingly good. The service was excellent—warm, welcoming, and attentive. No wonder customers kept pouring in even though it was a weekday. A brilliant gem in Bristol; I will definitely be back!
