York restaurant week had excellent offers and we chose Mr P's. Interesting surroundings and the normal menu looked very good. Our selective menu was restricted but the food was very good and we shall go back. The beer was excellent and the young man who was running the service was delightful. Well worth a visit.
The decor was unusual and atmospheric.
