There are many good things but also falls short in other ways. I wouldn't give this 4 stars For example no body moisturiser in the bedroom. No tissues in the room or vanity set like cotton wool, shower cap or cotton buds. Our bedroom had a lampshade missing from the wall so it had exposed bulb. In the spa there were no bags provided for swimsuits or gym gear after use. All the little finishing touches were missing. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and the dinner menu was really outstanding. It really was fine dining!. The breakfast however must be a different chef as it was underwhelming, dry and lacking in flavour. No fruit or other options to a cooked request though. Similarly they missed the little touches. They ran out of afternoon tea. We ordered scones for 2 people and were provided with a plate of 4 scones but only enough jam and clotted cream for 1 person. They didn't bring us plates so we had to ask for an extra plate.. All these things can be fixed easily to make it a much better experience.
