Absolutely fantastic dining experience. The restaurant is very open space and has an Asian vibe to it (maybe die to the light fixtures), which is pleasant. The tables face the kitchen, so you can see some of the action. The food is outrageously tasty. The combinations of flavours and presentation are excellent, and make for probably the second best meal I've had in Ireland. The floor staff are attentive and know their stuff; we had great chats about their food and the Irish food scene in general. Yes it's a bit pricey, but the portions are generous (for a Michelin) that is and the experience is truly memorable. Can't recommend going here enough.
