Great location, very clean, recently refurbished to a high standard. Lost points due to lack of (pre booked) baby cot. Advised when booking in that they hadn't put one in the room yet but would do shortly. 3 hours later, I returned to the front desk and was told the manager would be arranging this, but he was busy at the bar. It was eventually sorted out but close to 21:30. A 15 month old baby was waiting to sleep since 7pm. The manager really needs to get his priority straight. Serving alcohol or helping a baby sleep.
Rest of the staff were great, friendly, helpful.
So I have been contacted, as per the note below, to assist in finding out what went wrong. I was asked to email which I did. No reply. Nothing. Seems as though the customer services need looking into also!
