Cycene at Blue Mountain School

We had the most magical experience at Cycene last week! I have never witnessed such care, thought and time put into a menu and its ingredients. Everything we tried was better than the last, which seemed impossible at the time. The flavors that their chef combines are so unique and original. Some sounded crazy and I’m not extremely adventurous but I was never disappointed, only thoroughly satisfied! I asked for a tour of the kitchen and pantry after so I could see everything and they kindly obliged. They either grow their own produce or work with amazing local suppliers with extremely minimal waste. It was really eye opening. The space is also so cool and chic but not stuffy. The dish served to us in the kitchen was a real highlight too. Overall our meal was so delicious and the experience was so special! I can’t wait to go again with other friends so they can have the same experience.
