My daughter had a fabulous massage, unfortunately mine was not. most staff we met were lovely and management helpful, I was offered a voucher for another treatment. Equipment in the spa was not working properly or was out of order. We ordered a vegan afternoon tea. On numerous occasions we confirmed that the cream and scones were vegan. Unfortunately this was not true...we were given clotted cream and scones made with butter. We had already eaten some of this.... really not good and for some people very dangerous. I asked for all monies to be reimbursed. This was done. So to managing director of the McDonald group.... Please train staff regarding the importance of food allergies. Thank you for reading this.
