Voyagers Restaurant at the The Halyard Liverpool Hotel

Had such a fantastic late lunch at Voyagers Liverpool! My husband and I shared 6 small plates plus a dessert, and every single dish was beautifully cooked and full of flavour. Our favourites were definitely the pea & mint risotto, the rolled stuffed lamb, and the whisky-glazed pork sausage! each one was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the non-alcoholic Spicy Marg, and it was so good that I’d happily go back just for another one! 😋 The vanilla panna cotta was the perfect way to end the meal. It was silky smooth, and I loved that they used fresh peaches instead of canned ones.. The service was just as impressive. Our server was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel so well looked after throughout the evening. We’ve been to a Michelin Guide-selected small plates restaurant in Manchester recently, and honestly, we enjoyed our meal at Voyagers even more. The quality, flavours, and overall experience were outstanding. If you’re looking for creative small plates, amazing flavours, great cocktails (including excellent non-alcoholic options), and exceptional service, Voyagers Liverpool is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!
