Cowley Manor

Cowley Manor was the perfect place to seriously disconnect and slow the pace down. We went for a long weekend and it’s exactly the kind of spot you go to when you want to actually switch off. The building itself is absolutely stunning and the grounds are pristine, the sort of place that makes you exhale the moment you arrive. The spa was lovely and the pool was quiet and beautifully designed, never crowded, just calm. The food was incredible across the board, top notch steak, a perfect soufflé, and linguine with lobster that was honestly unreal. Even the bread rolls were memorable, which tells you how much care goes into the kitchen. Breakfast was unbelievable too, a great healthy selection to start the day, and the llamas out on the grounds are a really fun touch that the whole family got a kick out of. We stayed in a junior suite overlooking the grounds with a balcony patio and it was so spacious. One thing worth noting is there’s no AC, but we didn’t miss it, the rooms stayed comfortable and it never felt like we needed it. An incredible weekend all around. We’ll definitely be back.
