We stayed at Baglioni for a day and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located directly opposite Hyde Park. The hospitality and service was wonderful. The room was good with a lovely view of Hyde Park. We opted for the spa and afternoon tea package and both parts of the package were really good. They also provided multiple complimentary goodies on account of it being my birthday. Big shout out to Francesco who accommodated so many things for us and was super duper helpful and nice!
