The Holland

The food here is perfect : very delicate and stylishly presented, reminiscent of a Michelin-starred kitchen. Though the portions appear small, they are surprisingly filling. We enjoyed the roast chicken starter, the crab toast, and the whole sole, all of which were full of flavor. The spicy margarita was also well-balanced. One practical point for improvement: the fabric napkins felt quite worn and lacked a fresh, crisp feel. While I appreciate the effort toward sustainability, a higher quality or fresher-looking alternative would better match the excellent standard of the food.
