We LOVED our stay at The Ampersand!! It's a lovely, boutique hotel, with a lovely, helpful staff and fabulous bar. We stayed one night on the front end of a trip to Italy and one night on the back end of that same trip about a week apart. The staff was absolutely adorable, helpful and interested in our travels. They helped us book transportation to and from the airport, and made sure we got there in plenty of time. The hotel has many charming touches, and the decor is whimsical and fun. The rooms are roomy and spotless with all the comfortable amenities you would expect from a top-notch hotel. We can't wait to go back to London and stay there again!! Everything was just P.E.R.F.E.C.T.
