Turned up with my wife and three daughters on an August Saturday night at 8 o'clock, the place only had 3 tables occupied. That waiter asked if I had made a reservation to which I explained I hadn't but that if it was a problem I could go somewhere else. His response was ‘yes please do' and he motioned with his hand to show me and my family out the door. How rude! Not sure what this place runs on but clearly they weren't interest in an extra £200+ walk in on a Saturday, nor in welcoming any new diners! There are plenty of other great Japanese restaurants in Chelsea that are more deserving of your business.
