The food was delicious, which I'm sure is what earned Waterman its reputation. Although the overall experience was let down by service. Our waiter seemed inexperienced and could not describe the menu or wines well. Unceremoniously threw the dishes on the table. In a fairly plain rectangular room, the experience around the food was less than it could be.
Copies of the chef's book "What it's All About" were on display. I left the place still wondering what it was all about...
