The Priest House Hotel restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.2
Had my wedding here in April, during that time had four wedding planners (yes four) which resulted in my wife doing a lot more leg work than she should have. We were initially told the first planner was being moved internally (company reshuffling) and a her replacement came highly recommend. The first wedding planner (the best of the lot) had decided to set her own company up. The false information saga had begin. Needless to say it didn't get any better. That being said a lot of the staff were very good, only a few were very disappointing. When you first visited the venue it appeared to be everything you could ask for, sadly we didn't see the hotel rooms. Lots of my guests said there rooms were either dirty, had faulty equipment or just seemed dated and lacking some TLC. The chef whilst we were there was amazing, very engaging (for the wedding food) and produced some beautiful dishes.
Basically, if you want some amazing food and decent tranquil views it's hard to beat. As a wedding and hotel... It comes up short.
