The Munster Room Restaurant at the Waterford Castle Hotel

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of getting married in the beautiful surroundings of Waterford Castle. While planning a wedding in 2020, was a challenge, Gillian and her team made the whole process so easy for us. As a result, when the wedding day came around, Richard and I had the most relaxed, enjoyable and completely unforgettable experience. We absolutely loved working with Gillian. Throughout the whole planning process she was just fantastic. We knew from our first meeting with Gillian that we were in safe hands and Richard and I are just so grateful for all the hard work she put in to making our day so special. I can't mention Gillian and her hard work without acknowledging her fabulous team. Every member of the team that was working the day before the wedding, on the wedding day and even the day after could not have been nicer not only to Richard and I but also to every single one of our guests. They worked so hard to make sure everyone had the most relaxed and enjoyable day possible. Their attention to detail and focus on making sure every guest had the best possible experience did not go unnoticed and was much appreciated. While the staff at the Castle really made the day for us, the stunning venue and the fabulous food can not go unrecognised. All of our guests were just so happy and comfortable in the really homely surrounds of the Castle, that combined with the delicious food, made for some very happy wedding guests.
