Lovely setting and the food was nice . On arrival the Manager was rather rude but ends his sentence with sir , so supposedly this rectified the abruptness ....?
The waitress was nice and helpful .
The manager came out with the meals and could not even muster a smile . I was rather disappointed as I was celebrating my birthday after hearing such good reviews was looking forward to the lunching there .
Neither the waitress or the manager wore a mask or shield .
On arrival we were rudely told to sign the register which we both missed as it was on a small table out of sight to the entrance .
It would be nice if Covid guidelines were adhered to .
