The Leaping Hare Restaurant at Wyken Vineyard

Unfortunately the worst service I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Brought my family for a Mothers Day meal and were forgotten from start to finish. From the moment we arrived I had to ask to be seated, it took 20 minutes and us to ask for a menu. It then took 30 minutes for a starter, after ordering mains at the same time our order was forgotten and we waited 1 hour 45 mins for a main to arrive. After raising this issue to the front of house manager she shrugged it off and did not care at all or apologise. She ruined the experience and sadly let's a very nice restaurant down as the food was lovely and the other young staff very helpful. She also did not return to ever apologise or speak to us again and sent her younger staff to deal with it even though I was very reasonable about being there for 2 hours. A lovely restaurant but the service is completely unacceptable and the manager ruins the experience. Coming from a restaurant background they're being really let down by someone who should not be working in the industry.
