Unfortunately we had to cancel due to circumstances out of our control. When we called over 24hrs in advance we were informed that they would not accept the cancellation and charged us in full. Despicable behaviour and no morality whatsoever. Also very difficult to deal with I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They obviously need the money. Very disappointed!!!!
Following their response it would seem this appalling business has an excuse for everything (see all the other bad reviews and subsequent responses). All the situation needed was some fairness but they point blank refused and took all our money then tell lies and blame others. The hotel is not even full!!! No wonder if this is how they treat their customers.
