The Hero restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.3
First floor restaurant (The Grill) was superb. Loved the look and atmosphere of the room, with table candles a really nice touch even during the day. The food was fantastic, especially the beef rib which was outstanding - the meat was pink and melt in the mouth and the treacle flavoured gravy sauce was insane. Every mouthful was divine. The creamed spinach was the perfect ratio of spinach to cream (3/4s spinach, unlike some places where it can be swimming in cream) with a lovely seasoning on top. Great wines by the glass available and service was attentive and friendly. Can’t understand the negative reviews. Highly recommend.
