Everything I ate was served at the highest level, fresh, as were the flavors; vegetables, herbs, meat, fish...melted in my mouth, I enjoyed every bite and the view on the plate. I think the kitchen is staffed by top-notch chefs who present everything at the highest level and cook it in a cozy and "real" way. The service was also top-notch, with love, attention, wine recommendations and presentation. Atmosphere: Imagine a 17th century building, open fireplaces, thatched roofs, but inside – incredibly stylish, modern design. It's a place where you feel at home, but you know you're eating the best food of your life. If you ever travel to the southwest of England, this place is a MUST. It's proof that simple rustic food can be transformed into a top-notch gastronomic experience. Who wouldn't want to visit here for at least one dinner?
