Tom Mackings is an amazing chef. Full stop. His tasting menu is different from any tasting menu I've ever had. The selection of different and unusual flavours served with artist flair and friendly conversation mad a fabulous experience for us. Honestly, if you are in the area, divert off your route and head over. You won't be disappointed.
