We visited for the breakfast with Father Christmas and it was lovely. Breakfast was great, the staff were really attentive and helpful. Father Christmas came over to our table (wearing a mask), he read stories to everyone in the room at a safe distance and we visited the grotto. Father Christmas was wonderful, the hotel was decorated beautifully and the music playing made it all very festive. A great morning, well done to all the staff that made it happen safely.
