I recently visited this truly hidden Japanese restaurant for omakase, and every course was a wonderful surprise. Each ingredient — even the seasonings — was carefully sourced and introduced with its origin, showing real respect for quality. The standout was the first dish: sweet, delicate King Crab topped with Oscietra Caviar. The balance of freshness and briny richness was simply outstanding. Thoughtful pairings, exceptional freshness, and beautiful presentation made this more than just a meal — it was a refined and memorable dining experience. Highly recommended.
