I had an amazing dinner last night with a group of friends in Sotto. Incredible food, delicious wine, friendly and knowledgable staff and such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant decor is beautiful and the team have created such a cosy and sophisticated venue that's perfect for a casual drink, relaxed dining and everything in between. While everything we ate was delicious (and we ate every last mouthful that was served to us!) standout dishes were the Vitello Tonnato, Tagliatelle Con Zucca and Ragu di Polpo. James and Francesco have created a standout gem of a restaurant and I can't wait to visit again next time I'm in Edinburgh.
