Great food and such a novel concept that will no doubt be embraced and followed by increasingly more restaurants, but service isn't great. Lack of friendliness and warmth alongside waiting staff who aren't familiar with the wine menu and struggle to describe what they are serving or recommend. On a few occasions when asked the grape of that wine, we were told they had no idea. Not a huge failing, by any means, but something that separates it from top restaurants and from the highest rating. With a bit more training, they could elevate the experience to match the caliber of the food they serve.
