Miga

Miga restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.6
Had a lovely dinner at Miga. The food was very good and everything felt carefully prepared, with a more refined feel than a casual Korean restaurant.
We ordered the hwe, sweet potato glass noodles, galbijjim and samgyubsal. The hwe was fresh and clean tasting, especially with the chojang sauce. The sweet potato glass noodles had a lovely chewy texture and were very comforting. The galbijjim was probably my favourite dish, with tender soy braised short ribs and a rich, deep flavour. The samgyubsal was also very tasty, nicely cooked and served with a good sauce and vegetables.
The portions were not huge, but the quality was definitely there. It is slightly on the expensive side, especially once the service charge is added, but the food was delicious and the whole meal felt well considered.
A nice place for a special Korean dinner, and I would be happy to come back.
