I’d booked a table for NYE without issue online a week or so before Christmas. I had a phone call on the 28th December explaining there was a drama with their booking system and if I wanted to have a table it would be 135 per person. The person who called me was professional and no doubt had some difficult calls to make that day but the low score is to reflect the disappointment that at the last minute my party now needs to find somewhere else for NYE when everywhere is booked up.
