Shiuli

Shiuli restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.8
Last night’s dinner at Shiuli was nothing short of extraordinary – one of those rare experiences you truly remember.
Every dish was executed to perfection. The stuffed artichoke was outstanding, the sea bass with asparagus was beautifully balanced and delicate, and the dessert… simply the best I have ever had. A light mango “cloud” that was airy, refined, and full of flavour – an absolute masterpiece.
What made the evening even more special was the exceptional service. Our waiter described each dish with such knowledge and passion, elevating the entire experience. The gentleman recommending the wines was equally impressive – elegant, cultured, and with impeccable taste.
A truly lovely touch was the chef himself coming to our table to ask if we enjoyed the meal – such a warm, personal gesture that made the experience even more memorable.
The whole team created an atmosphere of sophistication without any stiffness – warm, attentive, and effortlessly refined.
This was not just dinner, it was a true culinary experience.
Without a doubt one of the best restaurants I have visited – and I will definitely be coming back.
