Visited July 2025 after previously visiting when rebel first opened. Food quality is still fantastic, a must visit. We went for the 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing with some extras. All delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommended! A comment for the restaurant, the music is played via a small speaker next to the rear table. The music at times was a bit loud for being so close to a table and some of the music was very techno for the volume level. This made it difficult for conversation but also to hear the waitress.
