Service was attentive and knowledgeable, with staff happy to offer recommendations and insights into the menu. The wine list complemented the food well, making for an all-around fantastic dining experience. Overall, Osters is a must-visit for seafood lovers in Newcastle. With its Michelin Guide recognition and commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients, it’s clear why this restaurant has quickly gained such a stellar reputation. I’ll definitely be returning!
