Orla Restaurant and Rooms

We had a delightful lunch here. We decided to go "à la carte" as, although the set menu is great value, we didn't really fancy the main dish options. We shared the starters which were exceptional with the fire cracker chicken a particular favourite. For main course the Wivelsfield Lamb and the Guinea Fowl were the stand out dishes. The portions are not huge which meant we had room for desserts all of which were amazing - I loved the sticky toffee ginger pudding with rhubarb compote. Gorgeous presentation and delicious dishes all around and the service was impeccable. Fabulous place for a treat (around £65 each including one drink each) and we will be back to try the set menu for sure!
