While enjoying a few days break in Ross on Wye our B&B recommended The Moody Cow as one of the best places in the area to have a meal. We were not disappointed as our meal was excellent from starters, main courses and a cheese board which was a meal in itself. The cheerful owner and the attentive service of the staff under the current covid conditions made the evening a very pleasant experience.
