Everything was great. We stayed in the Carnegie suite and it was just beautiful. The hot tub in the room was absolutely amazing, just what we needed on our relaxing night away. The bed is quite firm so if you like a softer bed it's maybe not for you but despite that everything was great. The staff were more than helpful and helped us out when we said our room was too warm by getting us a fan, which was very much appreciated! We will most certainly be back to this hotel, and will hopefully try the food next time as we passed on the opportunity to try the restaurant due to other reservations.
