Food was very well executed and the menu had so many appealing options. I had the Texan chicken schnitzel with cowboy beans and pickle salad, which was cooked superbly. Only grievance was I thought there could have been a lot more of the beans as it was more like a garnish than a substantial part of the dish, meaning I had to order a portion of fries on top. My partners venison meatballs were great and brimming with sweet confit garlic as billed. Well-made crispy potato terrine was enjoyable and the peppercorn sauce very tasty. Staff were great and very efficient. Really pleasant, relaxing place to eat
