We were met at reception with warmth, courtesy and full Covid compliance. The tasting menu, with locally sourced produce, and accompanying wines are exceptional. The staff were knowledgeable and spent time describing each course and wine to the full, answering any queries thoroughly. They accommodated our foray ‘off piste’ with efficiency and grace, when we requested a bottle of English sparkling wine as well. A dinner reservation here is definitely a top reason to visit Skye.
