My partner and I had a lovely meal at Edies restaurant. We had the cheese soufflé, trout, chicken, mullet, chocolate mouse and parfait. All of the dishes were delicious, with the perfect mix of flavours. We chose this restaurant as it we saw it as Michelin recommended in St Austell and the food did not disappoint. The service was also superb with lovely, friendly waitresses, there were no long waits between courses and there is a chilled easy vibe about the place. We really enjoyed our meal and highly recommend!
