We had afternoon tea here for my mum's birthday. The standard spread was excellent quality, particularly the cakes. The best was the delicious pistachio and chocolate gateaux. The service was a little patchy, though the individual team members were very helpful. The dairy-free version of the afternoon tea initially wasn't great, but the manager pulled out all the stops and rescued the situation. Thank you for a very enjoyable afternoon!
