One of the most unique dining experiences I've had on the island of Ireland and I enjoyed every bit of it from start to finish. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, the interior is stunning, and everything about the place has this premium, almost royal feel to it. The highlight for me was the 360 view of Dublin City. Seeing all the iconic buildings laid out around you is something else entirely. Food wise, it delivered. I went for the 'Market Fish of the Day' and it was seriously top quality...full marks to the chef. And the desserts? Absolutely mouth watering. I'll definitely be back, and I'd recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
