Darby's restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.4
The food is the star of the show here. Perfect place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon that is dog friendly and has live music that isn't too intrusive. The Sunday roast was delicious, but maybe could have had more veg. The crispy potatoes were unreal and would come back for those alone! The Clementine sorbet was perfection, the flavour was amazing especially with the Creme Brulee. Prices are high so expectations are too, a few bits could be tidied up. The young friendly waiter who took our order was asked for more detail about the fish dish, reply was " yes, it's fish" and not 1 but 3 crockery items had chips around the sides which appeared sloppy, especially for the price paid.
