My wife and I have spent the last week in a few 5 star hotels which were good, but Bishopstrow House was a real treat. All of the staff were personable and professional. We were made to feel relaxed and pampered. I must mention Victoria who was a real gem! Keep up the good work. We are looking forward to visiting again. Neil
