We have been a few times and would highly recommend the restaurant (we haven't stayed at the hotel yet.) It manages to be very high quality without being pretentious in any way, made possible partly through the friendliness of the staff. Adam in particular does everything he can to ensure customers have the best experience, and is passionate about making sure people are looked after, and he clearly loves his work. The restaurant has very good acoustics too, so even when it's busy nobody has to raise their voice to be heard while dining there. While this is something everyone can appreciate, it must make an extra difference to guests who are hard of hearing.
