The Nut Tree Inn

Heard about the Nut Tree. My wife had been several times previously I’ve never been so now is the chance for us to go. My stepdaughter and wife both bought me vouchers at Christmas so we decided we were going to go and celebrate me getting a new job. We parked at the back of the pub , ample car park space, walked through the garden, my wife mentioned the fake grass! We walked through to the bar area, greeted at the bar where we were giving drinks menus and asked if we wanted a drink before dinner which we did. I had a beer, my wife had a cocktail. We sat and watched the staff doing their jobs as Georgia drinks. We were then ushered through to a dining area where we had a lovely table in front of the window. Note on some days the only menu is a tasty menu and that’s what we had today. I enjoyed the wine flight as well. The choice of food was really good, well presented, tasty, correct temperature. Special mention to Fred, Pedro and Freya. The atmosphere is friendly, not stuffy, good food easy-going and relaxed. You can see the staff all work well together and play well as a team.
