I booked a table at the Swan to celebrate my partner's birthday. We were treated to 1st class service, amazing food and wonderful wine. Gordon Ramsey famously promotes the principle of offering a limited menu but ensuring that what you serve is par excellence. Gordon needs to visit The Swan wine Kitchen to see this principle at its very best. Yes, the menu is limited but the food is amazing. The little treats between courses is an unexpected surprise and the table service is attentive. We really enjoyed our evening and look forward to returning soon.
