The Ingham Swan

Came here to celebrate an anniversary and opted for the dine and stay which came with the 7 course tasting menu. We decided to go for the wine paring which complimented every dish. The food was simply impeccible, best we have ever had. We were blown away by the snacks, pre-starter and pre-dessert as well as the optional cheese course, although all the courses were great, these were outstanding! The gentleman serving the wine was very knowledgable and all the servers we had were just amazing and made the night! Can see why this place has 3 AA rosettes and is in the michelin guide. It deserves every accolade! For my palette, the langoustine cream on the fish course was delicous, but it overpowered the delicate scallops for me. Would 100% recommend, worth the travel and price. If you have a special occasion or celebration. This is worth your consideration!!
