Trying to be something it’s not.
If one of the waiters smiled I think it would have been a miracle! No communication between staff, who endlessly asked us individually if we had ordered about 8 times in 5 minutes. When drinks did finally arrive (which had been sat on the side for a long while) they were okay but not the best cocktail you can get. London prices but not London service or drinks. Atmosphere was hilarious too, with the majority of customers being older and trying to keep up appearances at this wannabe trendy cocktail bar.
Three of us were unable to move to a table under the heater because it was ‘already in use’ - this was after watching a party leave. The table was then (30 minutes later) taken by just a couple.. what a waste.
Get the staff trained in proper service, and teach them a thing or too about smiling.
