This is an absolutely beautiful pub, with lovely wooden beamed ceilings. I was expecting good food, but was surprised by how good it was. Some of the best food I've had in a long time. The venison was cooked absolutely perfectly, and the vegetables were nice and crunchy. There is a very good wine list as well, and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area!
