Booked a table - when I arrived (despite the confirmation) it hadn't come through. We were sat in the bar area, it seemed we were forgotten about at times. Food warm not hot. Price increased from arrival to time of payment by £20 for no apparent reason. Left feedback on their own form and I still have not been contacted. We should have received canapes we didn't. Had to go searching for cutlery and weren't offered or supplied with horseradish for our beef ..... not what you'd expect for the premium we paid.
